Our online support portal makes it easy to raise a support ticket or simply ask a question – we’re here for all your needs. You may need a phone call, remote support, tailored SLA’s or a site visit by a DG engineer, we can accommodate all aspects of your support requirements. With an Active support contract, we will advise on workflows, upgrade systems as needed and be on-site for Go-Live with new projects.
